We examined the levels of selenium and key vitamins in patients suffering from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) without additional health issues. Our study, involving 146 subjects split into different OSA severity levels, aimed to understand how these antioxidants might play a role in OSA's impact on health.

Interestingly, we found that higher concentrations of selenium and vitamin A appeared to bolster the body’s defense against OSA. Although our findings suggest potential benefits, it's important to note that antioxidants alone should not replace conventional treatments for OSA.

I recommend selenium! It normalises thyroid and pancreas functions, aids in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, and reduces overall fatigue. Lack of selenium clearly impacts thyroid performance, which in turn affects hormones. Adhering to the principle of doing no harm, I've been taking one capsule without excessive reliance. Night sweats have ceased, and my sleep has become more profound and longer. I will continue to take it.

This is excellent for selenium deficiency. I no longer have memory difficulties, and my light sleep issues have vanished. I take it with Lugol’s solution, which is essential for a healthy thyroid.

This vitamin is absolutely incredible. I took it for two weeks straight before noticing any improvements, so I recommend giving it a few weeks to work. It has greatly enhanced my mood and energy levels and even improved my sleep. The only downside is that it upsets my stomach, so during the day, I take half a pill instead.
